We’re ready to go with round by round from San Jose on tonight’s Strikeforce card….HD Net is finishing up Jose Palacios vs. Bobby Stack with Stack winning a unanimous decision. Now they’re interviewing Joe Riggs, who’s telling about his story of not getting cleared to fight. He’s actually got a legit gripe here–he put down what prescription meds he had taken in his prefight medical clearance and was refused licensing. He suggested that they test him for the meds but they refused saying they didn’t have jurisdiction since he wasn’t cleared to fight in California–because they’d just refused it to him. Riggs gave a very classy interview, saying that he felt worse for Luke Stewart (his would be opponent) than anyone else.
