Probably *not* what Zuffa needed the week of the Affliction show. Anyway, celeb gossip site TMZ.com has more on the Rampage arrest. According to their report he was taken to a ‘medical unit’ (ie: hospital) following his arrest. This could have been done as a precautionary measure, or could have been done if he had been under the influence of something. Earlier reports denied any sort of chemical impairment, but then again this isn’t exactly the sort of behavior someone does if they’re in their right mind and stone cold sober. A couple of MMA sites are speculating–and again, this is pure speculation–that Jackson is suffering from depression following his loss to Forrest Griffin. Based on the interviews that the staff here at SavSci have seen, however, he sounds like the same old ‘Rampage’.
