Aoki’s changed pants again, this time going with a bee-like yellow and black. Short exciting fight with Aoki going for submissions and Hansen throwing power shots. Wow–Hansen wins by TKO. Feed was choppy during this fight but a stunning upset and a fight that deserves to be watched again. In any case, Alverez’s nasty eye injury is Hansen’s gain as he comes back to beat favored Shinya Aoki and become the DREAM Lightweight GP champion.
