Florida Commission clears Pro Elite
By Jim Murphy October 23rd, 2008NOW they tell us….The Florida Department of Professional and Business Regulation has cleared ProElite of allegations they “fixed”the Kimbo Slice/Seth Petruzelli fight. The clueless mainstream media–particularly reality-challenged ESPN hack Michael Wilbon–got their panties in a collective wad over this story which prompted the Florida regulatory agency that oversees the state’s boxing commission to open a preliminary investigation. They found no basis to proceed with a full blown inquiry and the case has been closed.
Not that it does EliteXC any good now…
