Josh Barnett to wrestle on IGF card 11/24

Our favorite hyphenate pro wrestler/MMA fighter, Josh Barnett, will take on Atsushi Sawada in the semifinal match of Monday’s Inoki Genome Federation card. Sunday is Labour Thanksgiving Day in Japan (kinro kansha no hi) and per tradition since the holiday falls on a Sunday the following Monday is also a holiday.
Here’s a picture of Barnett from the IGF press conference, complete with his cool new Affliction leather jacket. The Japanese press is reporting that judo gold medalist turned MMA fighter Satoshi Ishii will be in attendance to cheer on Sawada.
