Roger Huerta to pursue acting career
By Jim Murphy January 10th, 2009Not surprising that Roger Huerta isn’t looking to re-up with the UFC given their contentious relationship, but from the sound of it he’s stepping away from the sport entirely to pursue an acting career:
Roger “El Matador” Huerta tells sherdog.com that once his last fight is up on his UFC contract, he doesn’t intend to re-sign. Instead, the 25-year-old lightweight plans to pursue an acting career. Huerta says he is intrigued by acting and over the summer was given the chance to act in the film adaptation of the popular video game Tekken.
