ProElite filed their 8-K report today (named for the form number) with the SEC outlining the details of their sale of assets to Strikeforce. This was *supposed* to be where the names of all 40 fighters reportedly acquired by Strikeforce were to be revealed, but the attached ‘exhibit’ is not posted on the ProElite website. Our resident financial expert, The BadCPA, is trying to determine whether this was an omission or whether this is something that Pro Elite will be ammending to the 8K report later. UPDATE: According to our CPA, the fighter statements were submitted to the SEC under a ‘confidential treatment request’ meaning that they won’t be made public until Strikeforce decides to do so.
