Aoki, Sakurai confirmed for DREAM welterweight GP
By Hoyt February 12th, 2009Shinya Aoki will move up to welterweight to participate in the DREAM welterweight GP MMA event beginning in April. He’ll join Hayato ‘Mach’ Sakurai as the first two confirmed names for the event. More participants to come.
UPDATE: Nightmare of Battle is also listing Akuhisa ‘Minowaman’ Minowa as participating in a non-GP fight at DREAM 8.
UPDATE #2: Aoki, Sakurai and ‘Minowaman’ have all been added to the DREAM 8 fight card on their official site.
