The injury news goes from bad to worse for the UFC–Dave Meltzer at The Wrestling Observer is reporting that Lesnar’s illness is much more serious than first believed. Brock went to Canada for some ‘R&R’ last week and while there collapsed and was rushed to the hospital. There’s apparently some major health issue that no one is talking about, though sources indicate that its not HIV/AIDS or cancer. That’s the good news, but the bad news is that he won’t be fighting for a long time and there is some speculation that his career may be over. Dana White is reportedly en route to Minnesota to meet with Lesnar, and some reports suggest that he may be checked in to the Mayo Clinic for further testing. UPDATE: MMA Weekly is reporting that sources inside the Lesnar camp are saying that his situation is ‘nothing life threatening’ but were still vague on details.
