Here’s more information on the Strikeforce deal with Showtime–the previously reported Benji Radach vs. Scott Smith fight will be part of the debut event on Showtime as will fights featuring Cung Le and Frank Shamrock against opponents TBA. Also, Strikeforce will air quarterly shows on CBS–much like EliteXC did before their demise:

The California based promotion issued a press release today indicating that they’ve acquired “certain fighter contracts” as well as the EliteXC tape library.
