Pro Elite, parent company of EliteXC, has informed their employees that Friday will be their last day of work as the company–including EliteXC–is closing its doors.
UPDATE: The final nail in the EliteXC coffin ended up being the Kimbo/Petruzelli fallout. Showtime and CBS were in negotiations to purchase the company, but they walked …
