Several Japanese media sources including the (Tokyo) Daily Sports newspaper are reporting that Takanori Gomi suffered a broken hand in the first round of his loss to Sergey Golyaev at Sengoku 6. While Gomi hasn’t confirmed the exact nature of the injury every indication is that he broke his hand throwing a punch.
